One metal arm(the upper piece) stays in place fine but the metal does not go into the hole completely. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the tuners but they work very well and based on the reviews I’ve seen they are a lot better than the originals. The original owner did not like the quality of the tuners and switched them out. A few notes about this guitar: The tuners are upgraded from the originals.
